Forward Republicans Launch Initiative to Support Young Conservative Leaders

New Jersey – Forward Republicans is excited to announce the launch of a new initiative aimed at fostering the next generation of conservative leaders. The mission focuses on providing critical support and resources to young Republican candidates and elected officials at local, county, and state levels.

As the political landscape continues to evolve, young conservatives often face significant challenges, including limited access to fundraising, networking opportunities, and visibility. Forward Republicans are committed to bridging these gaps by equipping emerging leaders with the tools they need to succeed—an effort that is essential to energizing the Republican base and reaching a broader demographic of voters.

“We must equip young leaders with the resources and mentorship they need to thrive,” said Amber Murad, President of Forward Republicans. “Our goal is to identify, mentor, and support a new wave of conservative candidates who will bring fresh perspectives and uphold conservative values at every level of government.”

Matt Nonnenmacher, Vice President of Forward Republicans, added, “By providing targeted support in key areas, we’re ensuring young Republicans have what it takes to compete effectively in elections and bring about lasting change.”

Key Focus Areas of Forward Republicans:
-Candidate Development: Offering comprehensive training and mentorship, with a focus on campaign strategies, policy development, and leadership skills.
-Fundraising Support: Providing financial assistance to help young Republicans run competitive campaigns in both primaries and general elections.
-Networking Opportunities: Connecting young candidates with influential donors, experienced campaign professionals, and established Republican leaders to help build a strong support network.
-Youth Engagement: Mobilizing young voters through targeted outreach on issues that resonate with the new generation of conservatives.

Forward Republicans is also excited to announce the support of Dunellen Mayor Jason F. Cilento, a dedicated advocate for local GOP leadership. “The future of the Republican Party depends on empowering the next generation of leaders,” said Mayor Cilento. “Forward Republicans seek to play a crucial role in ensuring young Republican leaders have the tools, networks, and mentorship they need to succeed in today’s political climate. That’s why I’m proud to host their inaugural holiday party in Dunellen, and I encourage other GOP leaders to join us in supporting this important cause!”

Inaugural Holiday Party – December 5th, 2024
To kick off this initiative, Forward Republicans will host its Kickoff and Inaugural Holiday Party on December 5th, at the Dunellen Theater, located at 458 North Avenue, Dunellen, NJ. The event, hosted by Mayor Cilento, will run from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM and offer attendees the chance to connect with like-minded conservatives, discuss the future of the movement, and enjoy live music from New Jersey’s own Mama’s Stew. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about how Forward Republicans is supporting the next generation of conservative leaders and engage with 2025 Republican gubernatorial candidates.
