Ghassali Calls for Close of Borders Until Coronavirus is Under Control

Montvale, NJ– Montvale, NJ- Montvale Mayor and candidate for Congress in NJ-5, Mike Ghassali called for closing the US Border with Mexico until Coronavirus is successfully contained.

“I urge President Trump and leaders in Congress to act swiftly to contain the Coronavirus outbreak by closing our border with Mexico.  This commonsense safety precaution will save lives and keep everyday Americans safe.” Stated Ghassali. “It is time that our government put public safety and the health of Americans above all else.”

Recent reports claim that new cases of the coronavirus have been identified in northern Mexico, only miles from the US border.
