Ghassali Raises $861K for Challenge to Gottheimer

Montvale, NJ- Montvale Mayor and Republican candidate for Congress in New Jersey’s 5^th Congressional District, Mike Ghassali has raised $861,000 for his challenge to Rep. Josh Gottheimer.  Ghassali raised $560,000 in the 4^th Quarter of 2019 and has $728,000 cash on hand.  For the 2^nd straight quarter he out raised his nearest primary opponent by a more than 2-1 margin.

“We are sending a clear message to Josh Gottheimer and the Democratic establishment that we will fight as hard as we can to take back this seat. Josh has failed the people of the district with his lies and flip flopping on issues.” Stated Ghassali. “His vote to impeach the President shows he is kept on a short leash by Nancy Pelosi and that he is not the moderate that he claims to be.”
