David Richter’s TV Ad – 1st Class Phony

THIRD CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT, NJ – Today, Republican Kate Gibbs’ campaign manager, Angelo Lamberto released the following statement in response to opponent David Richter’s latest TV spot:

“David Richter is a first-class phony. Not only is he a carpetbagger currently running in this third congressional district this cycle, but his claims of business success don’t line up with the facts. David was tossed from his own family business for tanking the stock price by 80% and crushing his shareholders, while raking in millions in salary and expensive perks. Before he got tossed, David bragged about doing business deals with terrorist regimes and his company was sued by the SEC for fraud. Nominating him would gift wrap the seat for Andy Kim in November.”
