Giblin Statement on Budget Vote, Horizon Bill

(TRENTON) – Assemblyman Tom Giblin (D-Essex/Passaic) issued the following statement Monday:

“Horizon – a not-for-profit headquartered in Newark for more than 80 years – has a record of success in serving 3.8 million New Jersey residents, which is part of the reason it was so critical to think carefully about this legislation.

            “Speaker Prieto was able to deliver a good deal that protects those ratepayers and at the same time deliver a good budget that elevates Democratic priorities. This will benefit all New Jersey residents.”
