GOPAL, DONLON, AND PETERPAUL CONDEMN ATTACKS ON ISRAEL

TINTON FALLS – Senator Vin Gopal, Dr. Margie Donlon, and Luanne Peterpaul, Esq. have issued the following statement on the terrorist attacks in Israel.

“We stand with the people of Israel amidst today’s brutal attack by Hamas. We condemn these extreme acts of violence, kidnapping, and killing targeting the Israeli people during Shabbat and the Jewish holiday of Simchat Torah. Our hearts go out to those under assault and to the families who have lost loved ones.”

Senator Gopal added, “I am in communication with the Monmouth County Prosecutor and police chiefs across the county and have asked them to increase safety measures for our Jewish community during this time of heightened violence. I have also been in touch with Congressman Frank Pallone to ensure that New Jerseyans currently in Israel are provided the support they need to remain safe.”
