Focused On Issues That Matter To Them

HACKENSACK, NJ — After announcing his candidacy for Governor, Josh Gottheimer continued on his 21-County “Jersey Diner Tour” hearing from people across Jersey about their families and the issues that matter. Josh has now stopped at diners in seventeen counties.

At each stop, Gottheimer spoke to diners about lowering costs and taxes for their families.

“At each diner I go to, I hear from folks about how much they love Jersey, but that they’re clearly worried how expensive our great state has become,” said Gottheimer. “Jersey is too expensive for too many folks, but as Governor, I’ll change that. I’ll work to cut income and property taxes, lower utility bills, and make childcare more affordable.”

In the past two weeks, Gottheimer has stopped at Tuscany in Ocean County, Millville Queen Diner in Cumberland County, Harley Dawn Diner in Atlantic County, Vincentown Diner in Burlington County, Rio Grande Diner in Cape May County, Skylark Diner        in Middlesex County, Time To Eat Diner in Somerset County, Andover Diner in Sussex County, The Hawthorne Diner in Passaic County, Clinton Station Diner in Hunterdon County, Three Brothers Restaurant in Morris County, and River Star Diner in Warren County.
