GOTTHEIMER ENDORSED BY UNITED AUTO WORKERS
WYCKOFF, NJ — Today, United States Congressman Josh Gottheimer was endorsed for reelection by the United Auto Workers (UAW). One of the largest and most active labor unions in the country, the UAW has more than 400,000 active members and more than 580,000 retired members across North America.
“In Congress, Josh Gottheimer has been a strong voice for labor, working across the aisle to get things done. When COVID hit, he fought to get critical PPP loans for businesses, allowing millions to keep their jobs. We are proud to endorse him for another term in Congress,” said Jeffrey D. Binz, Director, UAW Region 9.
“The hardworking men and women of labor, including members of UAW, are the backbone of our economy and I am honored to have their support. I will keep fighting in Congress to protect our workers,” said Congressman Josh Gottheimer
UAW’s endorsement is the latest addition to a broad and diverse coalition supporting Gottheimer’s reelection, including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the State Troopers Fraternal Association, the Fraternal Order of Police, and more. To see a full list of endorsements, please click here.
