Governor Murphy Signs Executive Order Clarifying Certain Statutory Deadlines Across State Government

TRENTON – Governor Phil Murphy today signed Executive Order No. 275, which clarifies certain statutory deadlines that were extended in Executive Order Nos. 127, 159, 170, and 178 based upon the termination of the Public Health Emergency pursuant to P.L.2021, c.103 and Executive Order No. 244. The statutory deadlines, as extended, are included in the accompanying Appendix to the Order. The Order will take effect immediately.
