GOVERNOR MURPHY TO SWEAR-IN MAYOR KHAIRULLAH TO FOURTH TERM

(PROSPECT PARK) – The Borough of Prospect Park is proud to announce that The Honorable Governor Philip D. Murphy of the State of New Jersey will be visiting the borough community to administer the oath of office to The Honorable Mayor-Elect Mohamed T. Khairullah to his fourth term into office.

“Having Governor Murphy swear me into my fourth term into office as Mayor will probably be the most memorable moment of my public service career,” said Mayor Khairullah. “Since taking office, Governor Murphy has been a tremendous partner at the local level elevating communities such as Prospect Park. I am honored beyond words of this recognition by the number one advocate for all New Jerseyans.”

The historic inauguration and annual re-organization meeting will take place at Prospect Park School No. 1, 94 Brown Avenue, Prospect Park, NJ 07508 (enter through North 9th Street entrance), on Saturday January 5, 2019 at 2:00PM. All are invited to attend.
