Governor Murphy Takes Action on Legislation

TRENTON – Today, Governor Murphy signed the following bill into law:

S1323/A2076 (Pou/Sarlo, Pintor Marin/Park/Wimberly) - Revises various provisions concerning New Jersey Aspire Program and surrender of tax credits issued under New Jersey Economic Recovery Act of 2020.
