Human Rights Campaign Endorses Tom Malinowski

Human Rights Campaign, the largest LGBTQ civil rights advocacy organization in the United States, with over 3 million members nationwide, endorsed Tom Malinowski in his race against incumbent Rep. Leonard Lance in New Jersey’s 7th Congressional District.

Tom has been an advocate and ally to the LGBTQ community throughout his long career in public service. During his tenure as Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor, Tom led America’s efforts to promote the human rights of LGBTQ people around the world, establishing the Global Equality Fund to support LGBTQ rights activists and advocacy, and the position of Special Envoy for the Human Rights of LGBTQ Persons.
