Roselle, NJ – Angela Calzone, President & CEO of Inroads to Opportunities was recently a guest on “On New Jersey’s ‘Your New Jersey’” segment, hosted by Lisa Marie Falbo.

Our individuals selected for employment are as equally qualified to do a particular job, the same as anyone else. We have proven that time and time again, once we have made those placements in the community.”

Reflecting on her time at Inroads, Angela explained why Inroads mission is so dear to her heart. She recalls her experience with a past business partner who was involved in the social services field. Their business received a numerous amount of work from these nonprofit clients. “I started to appreciate and support the missions of these organizations, many of whom supported individuals with disabilities. As I really started to understand the passion… it became clear to me that’s how I wanted to finish my career.”
