J.D. Power Again Ranks Horizon as New Jersey’s #1 Health Insurer in Member Satisfaction Study

(Newark, NJ, May 31, 2022) – For the third year in a row and the fifth time in the last six years, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (Horizon) has received the coveted J.D. Power Award for the highest member satisfaction ranking among Commercial Health Plans in New Jersey for 2022. Horizon ranked highest overall among competitors in the 2022 study and also took top ranking from its members for the key factors of Cost and Coverage & Benefits.

The J.D. Horizon’s members gave the company an overall score of 729, 11 points higher than the score earned by the next closest competitor and more than 20 points higher than the other two national carriers that serve New Jersey.
