Jennifer Williams, current Chair of the Trenton Republican Committee has released the following statement to media:

“I have resigned my position as Chair of the Trenton Republican Committee in Trenton, NJ, effective December 31, 2023. Former Chair, Anthony Giordano, will assume the Chair position to fill my unexpired term.

My time as Chair of the Trenton Republican Committee has been an exciting one and I am very glad for the confidence my fellow Committee members have had in me. To be elected and re-elected as Chair was a great honor, but my dedication and devotion to representing Trenton’s North Ward on City Council, a nonpartisan position, are paramount to me. We are making great things happen in Trenton and as my time demands grow as a Councilperson, I want to be fully available to serve my constituents and be the best Councilwoman I can be. I wish Mr. Giordano the best of luck as Trenton’s Republican leader in the future. I know and trust that he will do a good job.”
