Jersey City Kicks Off the 28th Annual Art & Studio Tour Showcasing the Recently Acquired Pathside Building
What: The 28th annual Jersey City Art & Studio Tour (JCAST) will submerge visitors into a completely new kind of arts environment on the 12,000 square-foot first floor of the recently acquired Pathside Building. JCAST will transform the space with new and traditional media by local and regional artists, none of which has been shown in Jersey City previously.
Throughout the free 4–day event, hosted by Mayor Steven M. Fulop, the Municipal Council, and the Office of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the Jersey City Economic Development Corporation, more than 150 art spaces will open their doors to the public for an incredible 21-square miles of art-filled festival featuring artwork, performances and the handiwork of nearly 1,000 local and regional artists.
