“What happened at the Menlo Park nursing home is tragedy that should never have happened. We owe our veterans better. This report shows there were serious violations and The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs failed to ensure that our veterans were properly cared for in the midst of the pandemic. We stand with our veterans and their families in demanding further action to make sure something like this never happens again.”
