Kovic and Roseff Accept Debate Invitation
Will Defend Trump Conservatism in Sussex County
Sparta, New Jersey — Sussex County Commissioner candidates Robert D. Kovic and Harvey S. Roseff have accepted the Straus News invitation to participate in a media-sponsored, public debate on May 16 at Sussex Technical High School in Sparta.
“Republican voters need to know who the real conservatives are,” said Roseff. “Rob and I will make clear that we’re the conservatives Sussex County needs to get our county back on track.”
Kovic and Roseff were the first Commissioner candidates to endorse President Trump for an historic third term and the only candidates to support ending the unconstitutional County Line scam that has disadvantaged real conservative candidates across New Jersey for decades.
“President Trump doesn’t just need allies in Washington, he needs genuine supporters at every level of government from school boards to the Senate,” Kovic said. “That’s why it’s been an honor for me to represent the America First Republicans against anti-Trump incumbents who are trying to preserve a rigged system.”
Kovic and Roseff also said they look forward to speaking candidly at the debate about the endemic of corruption plaguing Sussex County.
“No show jobs, raiding the orphans’ trust fund, and losing track of millions of dollars at the food bank are just some of the taxpayer abuses we have to confront,” Kovic said.
Roseff added that the public nature of the debate will be critical to ensuring voters know the truth.
“The incumbents at every level of government have failed us,” Roseff said. “From Joe Biden to Phil Murphy to the Board of Commissioners who just can’t get it together, it’s time to bring back President Trump, dump Phil Murphy, and get fresh eyes on the Sussex County budget.”
