KYLE ENGLAND JOINS UTCA

 

Farmingdale – Utility and Transportation Contractors Association (UTCA) announced today that it has hired Kyle England as Director of Environmental and Utility Operations.

 

England is a seasoned government affairs professional with extensive experience in multiple organizations, including the New Jersey Concrete and Aggregate Association.  He most recently served as an Associate with CLB Partners, one of New Jersey’s premier government affairs firms.

 

“I am excited to utilize my background in government and regulatory affairs to support the infrastructure construction industry,” said England.  “UTCA members face many challenges in an environment that is constantly changing.  I look forward to tackling the tough issues and helping these firms succeed and thrive in this critically important industry.”

 

A graduate of Rowan University, England is well-versed in navigating the state’s complex regulatory environment and interacting with policymakers to ensure the views of clients are represented.

 

“Kyle has a wealth of diverse experience that will be incredibly valuable to the UTCA and its members,” said UTCA Executive Director David P. Rible.  “I am excited to have Kyle join our organization to ensure that we continue our focus on the ever-changing utility and environment sectors of our industry.”

 

A native of Jackson Township, England currently resides in Belmar.
