Labor Commissioner Robert Asaro-Angelo’s statement on The Future of the Warehouse State report issued Wednesday by Warehouse Workers Stand Up:

We work every day to ensure New Jerseyans are paid fair wages, at work sites that obey safety laws, and that they are not misclassified as independent contractors. It’s only then that employees experience the dignity that work provides, and we create a stronger fairer economy for all workers and businesses.”
