Launch Party: Hudson County Federation of Republican Women

Jersey City, NJ – The Hudson County Federation of Republican Women will be holding their official launch party June 29th, Saturday night at 7:00 pm at Dorrian’s Red Hand restaurant in Jersey City (555 Washington Blvd). Republican women and those who support women’s empowerment in Hudson County are invited to attend for an evening of appetizers, good conversation, and great people. The evening will feature remarks from Hudson County Federation of Republican Women Chairwoman Kamei Harris, New Jersey Federation of Republican Women State Chairwoman Angelique Scholl, NJ GOP State Committeeman Joshua Sotomayor Einstein, and Hispanic Republicans of North Jersey Chairman Herminio Mendoza.

The Republican women’s county group was founded in May of 2019 by County Chairwoman Kamei Harris and was recently chartered by the New Jersey State Federation of Republican Women. State Chairwoman Scholl said “The NJFRW is very excited about the amazing grassroots effort in Hudson County.” She continued, “I always look forward to meeting new members and helping county women’s leadership, especially in newly chartered ones such as the Hudson County chapter that Kamei Harris has founded.”

The launch party will be a celebration of the organization, which in a mere few months has been recruiting members, held organizing meetings, and participated in local events. “We are celebrating Republican women in Hudson County,” said Chairwoman Kamei Harris. She continued “it’s high time the people, women and men, of Hudson County no longer have the truth hidden from them – there are more options than just being a Democrat because we were told to be one.”
