Leadership Alliance New Jersey Releases First Radio Ad: “Bad Man”
Ad Focuses on how Big Pharma Boss Bob Hugin Profited by Gouging Cancer Patients

(Lyndhurst) – Leadership Alliance New Jersey released its first radio commercial today, including a significant six-figure buy for traditional, terrestrial radio and streaming audio, with an emphasis on Jersey Shore listeners. The ad, which is also placed on Spanish language radio statewide, will run at least through the Labor Day weekend.

“New Jerseyans traveling down the Shore this holiday weekend will get a very full picture of how Big Pharma boss Bob Hugin gouged cancer patients by forcing them to pay $700 for a pill that cost 65 cents to produce and – what’s worse – hired DC lobbyists to protect his rigged monopoly by preventing cheaper, life-savings versions of that cancer drug from entering the market and making it more affordable,” said Leadership Alliance executive director Julie Roginsky.  “With the profits he made off the backs of cancer patients, he spent hundreds of thousands of dollars supporting Chris Christie and Donald Trump. Now, he’s spending $15 million more trying to buy himself a senate seat so he could be another vote in Washington for Trump’s destructive agenda.”
