Lesniak Urges Ciattarelli and Senator Bramnick to Respect The Verdict on Trump and Legal System

Union, NJ – In the aftermath of the recent verdict on former President Donald Trump’s hush money case, Former Senator Raymond Lesniak has issued a call to action for Republican candidates for New Jersey governor, Jack Ciattarelli and Senator Jon Bramnick. He urges them to follow the lead of former Maryland governor Larry Hogan in respecting the outcome and demonstrating trust in the legal process.

Hogan posted a statement on X saying, “Regardless of the result, I urge all Americans to respect the verdict and the legal process. At this dangerously divided moment in our history, all leaders—regardless of party—must not pour fuel on the fire with more toxic partisanship. We must reaffirm what has made this nation great: the rule of law.”

Senator Lesniak emphasized the importance of upholding the principles of democracy, stating, “It is crucial for all leaders, regardless of party affiliation, to respect the verdict and demonstrate trust in our legal system. This is not about partisanship; it’s about the integrity of our democratic process.”

Senator Lesniak urges Ciattarelli and Bramnick to set an example within their party by acknowledging and accepting the legal process as well as encouraging their supporters to do the same.

“We need to move forward as a unified state, setting aside partisan differences and prioritizing the well-being of New Jersey citizens,” Senator Lesniak added.
