Westfield, NJ, February 13, 2020: The law firm of Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C., announced that Karolina A. Dehnhard has joined the firm as a partner in its Divorce & Family Law practice and has been named the managing director of the International Law Group.

Dehnhard, a native of Poland, is bilingual and the founder and current president of the Polish-American Chamber of Commerce North-East, an organization that focuses on collaboration between Polish and American business networks with an eye toward international development.

Dehnhard’s global focus is consistent with Lindabury’s long history of providing counsel to American businesses expanding into new markets abroad. The Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups assist with the formation, financing, and governance of businesses in accordance with local legal and regulatory requirements. Lindabury is the sole U.S. representative to The Parlex Group, an organization comprised of several dozen mid-sized law firms throughout Europe and Asia. In this role, the firm’s attorneys help non-U.S. businesses enter the American market and expand existing operations.

Dehnhard has been included in New Jersey Law Journal‘s 2018 list of “Top Women in Law” and was named one of the “Top 25 Leading Intrapreneurs in New Jersey” in 2016 by Leading Women Entrepreneurs. She has been recognized by the Trade and Investment Section of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland for her influence and leadership in integrating women-owned businesses in both Poland and the United States. In 2018, her philanthropic efforts resulted in a leadership award from the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America.

Dehnhard is a published author, radio show host and commentator on various legal issues on both U.S. and Polish television. She is also a frequent presenter at events in the United States and Europe geared toward women in business, as well as think tanks and workshops educating Polish-based companies on doing business in the U.S. Always thinking outside the box to service her clients, Dehnhard is also the founder of Divorce Dynasty, a concierge platform of vetted professionals who play an integral role in the divorce process. Dehnhard received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2009, graduating magna cum laude.
