Lindabury Announces Two New Attorneys

The law firm of Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C., announced that Blake Miller and Emerald Sheay have joined as new attorneys.

Blake Miller is a commercial litigation attorney who will concentrate his practice in insurance coverage and defense matters at Lindabury. His previous experience includes defending both the insured and insurers in a variety of actions involving construction defects, the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, motor vehicle accidents, property damage, allegations of abuse and workplace accidents. A graduate of Rutgers Law School, Miller also brings 10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal to Lindabury.

Emerald Sheay concentrates her practice in defense matters, focused on the field of labor and employment. She was formerly a law clerk to the Honorable Lisa F. Chrystal, P.J.F.P., where she drafted tentative dispositions and mediated special civil part and family matters. Sheay is a graduate of Seton Hall’s School of Law and currently sits as a member of the Advisory Board for the Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times program. She also serves as an attorney mentor in the NJ LEEP program.

The two attorneys will be based in Lindabury’s Westfield office.
