Attorneys and staff members from the law firm of Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C., headed outdoors on Feb. 23, 2022, in recognition of American Heart Month. The group enjoyed a walk together at Nomahegan Park in Cranford, where they got their heart rates up and took in scenic views of Nomahegan Lake. The walk coincided with the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women initiative and introduced Lindabury’s team that will be participating in the Downtown Westfield 5K Pizza Run this July in celebration of the event’s 20th anniversary. Lindabury’s employees also received important tips for keeping their hearts healthy as created by the law firm’s internal program that encourages staff members to make healthy life choices.
