Lindabury Welcomes New Associate Donald Pierce to Litigation Practice
The law firm of Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C., announced that Donald C. Pierce has joined the firm as an associate in its Litigation practice.
Donald Pierce served as a 2018 summer associate at Lindabury. He received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 2019 and holds a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University. At Rutgers Law School, he was on the Moot Court Board, participated in the 2018 Nathan Baker Mock Trial Competition, and was a staff editor of the Business Law Review.

His outstanding military service is further evidence of his admirable courage and conviction.”
Prior to attending law school, Donald Pierce served in the United States Army, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, as an Infantry Officer, 1st Lieutenant from 2013-16. In addition to leading his infantry platoon, he authored memorandums, conducted interviews, and researched military law while performing investigations under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. He also instructed Iraqi Counter-Terrorism Service officers and led security operations throughout a nine-month deployment to Iraq.
From 2010-12, Mr. Pierce served in the New Jersey Army National Guard, participating in disaster relief during Hurricanes Irene and Sandy. He has volunteered with the American Red Cross, YMCA, and Salvation Army.
