Local Democratic Leaders Endorse Stephanie Schmid for Congress

Democratic leaders in Monmouth County are proudly endorsing Stephanie Schmid to be the 2020 Democratic nominee for Congress in New Jersey’s 4th District. Those supporting Stephanie include: Mike Beson, Ocean Township Municipal Chair, Marissa Lambert, Vice Chair, and the Ocean Township Democratic Committee; Susan Boyce, Rumson Municipal Chair; Eric Brophy, Wall Municipal Chair; Matt Cohen, Little Silver Municipal Chair; Allison Connolly, Wall Vice Chair; Liz deBeer, Fair Haven Co-Chair; Janice Iwanyk, Howell Vice Chair; Cristina Kocsis, Neptune City Municipal Chair; Tricia Maguire, Middletown Democratic Committee; Maria Rondinaro, Belmar Municipal Chair; Meg Thomann, Freehold Township Municipal Chair.

Ocean Township Municipal Chair, Mike Beson, put out the following statement: “We are ready for a new voice in the 4th District. In addition to Stephanie’s impressive background as an attorney and Foreign Service Officer, she has shown her commitment to engaging with people in our community and has already built an impressive grassroots organization that continues to grow, and I want to be part of her efforts to defeat Chris Smith.”
