Lopez Applauds Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Policy

(TRENTON) – Assemblywoman Yvonne Lopez (D-Middlesex) released the following statement regarding the Assembly’s passing of a new Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Policy:

“I applaud Speaker Coughlin, my district mate, for putting a comprehensive and thorough policy in place that will protect our fellow legislators, staff, as well as anyone conducting business at the State House from harassment and discrimination.

“Speaker Coughlin’s policy sends a clear message that the State of New Jersey stands behind women, supports women and ensures that in the workplace women are not to be discriminated against or harassed. I am proud to have casted my vote for this policy that was approved by the General Assembly today.”
