Nearly two days after being asked for proof, Kim still ducking

Toms River, New Jersey – Nearly two days after being challenged to backup his claim that he was “entitled” to an illegal property tax deduction and did “nothing wrong at any point,” Congressman Tom MacArthur again called on Andy Kim to provide proof to voters in South Jersey.

“Andy Kim’s claim that he was ‘entitled’ to a property tax deduction he clearly wasn’t entitled to, and that he did ‘nothing wrong at any point’ is a flat-out lie. After nearly two days, he has yet to provide proof to back up these claims. It’s time for him to come clean and release his correspondence with the Washington, D.C. Office of Tax and Revenue. His failure to do is telling, but not at all surprising to anyone paying attention.  This is a candidate who has flip-flopped on nearly every key issue facing South Jersey voters – from puffing up his resume to lying to collect an illegal property tax deduction, Andy Kim is quickly gaining a reputation for dishonesty and deception,” said Congressman Tom MacArthur.
