Maher Drops out of Hamilton Board of Education Race

IMMEDIATE RELEASE

This morning David Maher, candidate for Hamilton School Board, has announced that he is leaving the election for personal reasons.  The campaign of Christina Vassiliou Harvey, Meaghan Stanton, and Denise Soto wish their former opponent David Maher the best of luck and strength through his personal matter.

Harvey, Stanton, and Soto would like the voters to be aware that Brandon McNiece, whose name also appears on the ballot, had also dropped out of the race and publicly endorsed these three moms.

Harvey, Stanton, and Soto are running on Column D under the Slate – Mothers, Leaders, Advocates.  These three moms have students in the District, and want to work to improve the OneHamilton concept.  They respect the rights of all students and parents.  They have goals of working to improve special education, offerings for our students, and providing a safe and supportive learning environment.

The campaign reminds people to vote before polls close tomorrow at 8 PM.
