With over 50,000 Teamsters that live in New Jersey, the endorsement from Joint Council 73 is the latest powerful labor organization to endorse Rob Menendez for Congress. “As one of the nation’s most important logistics hubs, New Jersey runs on the hard work of Teamsters across the 8th District and our State,” said Rob Menendez. “I am proud to earn the endorsement of Teamsters Joint Council 73, and I will be proud to represent and advocate for their members in Congress. We cannot strengthen families without supporting and expanding organized labor. I will always stand with the Teamsters for the right to good wages, safe working conditions, and the right to organize just as fiercely as I will stand against any legislation that takes power away from workers.
