The law firm of Stark & Stark announced John P. Maloney, Esq., has joined the firm as a shareholder. Mr. Maloney will be a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate and Business Succession Planning groups, focusing his practice on corporate transactional and governance matters.

Mr. Maloney is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and Fairfield University. He is a member of the Bar in New Jersey, New York, and the U.S. District Court, District of NJ.
