Mammano, Kono, Quilter-LD10 Welcome Campaign Volunteers

The weather called for thunderstorms Wednesday night July 14th. Yet, in Emma Mammano’s home in Brick, a warm welcome,music and fun were served instead.

Campaign volunteers for Mammano, Kono and Quilter gathered for the first time in person rather than virtually. Volunteers in safety masks enjoyed music by DJ Blue Wave, and an array of homemade Hors d’oeuvres. Cold Brew Coffee Jelly made its debut in the Ocean County home as well.

“It was so exciting to see all of our campaign volunteers in person rather than virtually” Noted Emma Mammano, Senate Candidate LD10.

“Since we typically see each other through a computer screen, we were forced to recognize each other by voice rather than face. It turned out to be a great team building exercise.” Noted Assembly Candidate LD10, Sharon Quilter.

DJ Blue Wave provided musical requests from the newly assembled volunteers.

Volunteers in break out groups shared their energy and ideas for the upcoming election campaign of Mammano, Kono and Quilter.

Tony Kono, Assembly Candidate mentioned “It was heartening for us to see the enthusiasm our volunteers share surrounding this campaign”

Team Mammano, Kono and Quilter anticipated 15 or so participants based upon the threatening weather forecast. Campaign leaders were thrilled when they signed up 30 plus volunteers. Many of the volunteers, new to the rigors of campaigning. Campaign volunteers are excited and eager to begin using their unique skill sets to make sure Mammano, Kono and Quilter win on November 2, 2021.

Asked if she has the energy to keep pace with such an active campaign, volunteer Cyndi Sabatelli with tongue firmly in cheek quipped “I am told we will have enough Cold Brewed Coffee Jelly to keep us upbeat and energized”.
