Mandelblatt for Congress has more than $400,000 cash on hand after strong fourth quarter
Lisa Mandelblatt, a Democratic Congressional candidate for New Jersey’s Seventh District, has more than $400,000 cash on hand after a strong fourth quarter fundraising effort.
“Our fundraising effort to date puts us in a strong position to run an effective primary campaign that will allow Lisa to showcase her strengths as a lifelong resident of the district, a community leader and a working mom while distinguishing herself from the field,” said Lisa Berkower, the treasurer of Lisa Mandelblatt for Congress.
During the fourth quarter, Mandelblatt raised more than $265,000. Since announcing her campaign, Mandelblatt has raised more than $640,000.
“The amount of money we have raised to date demonstrates the strength of Lisa as a candidate and the confidence her supporters have that she is the only Democrat who can beat Congressman Lance in the fall,” Berkower said.
Mandelblatt, a Westfield resident, thanked the numerous contributors who have donated to her campaign, many of them women and first-time donors.
“I am humbled by the outpouring of support I have received from those who have contributed to my campaign as well as those who have donated their time as volunteers,” Mandelblatt said. “We are continuing to build an enthusiastic army of supporters across the Seventh District who will be instrumental in flipping the seat.”
