• Explore commercial rent control and fines for vacant land and storefronts
• For the first time, a city-wide inventory of all open jobs in Jersey City
• More vocational-technical training and apprenticeships
• Tailor-made job training that trains citizens in useful skills for available jobs
• Implement the Croson Study to ensure that minority owned businesses are fully participating in the commerce of our city
