BAYONNE, NJ – Mayor Jimmy Davis will be joined by U.S. Senators Bob Menendez and Cory Booker on Thursday morning to announce a major new commercial development at the former Military Ocean Terminal (MOTBY) that is expected to create thousands of construction and permanent jobs. Already home to a new residential development that will soon be joined by a new Costco and a recently-announced commuter ferry terminal, Mayor Davis’ MOTBY development plan is creating millions of dollars in new tax revenue for Bayonne and massive economic development for the city and the region.
