Mayor Mike Venezia Unanimously Re-Elected Bloomfield Democratic Chair
Tonight, the elected members of the Bloomfield Democratic County Committee voted unanimously to re-elect Mayor Mike Venezia as Chairman. Mayor Venezia was first elected as Chair in 2016 following his team’s victory in a contested Democratic Primary election for Mayor and Council. Since that time, Team Venezia has won all seats on the Township Council and former Councilman Carlos Pomares was elected as an Essex County Freeholder.
Luis Felex was elected as First Vice Chair of the local party at the well-attended reorganization meeting, and Jenni Preziotti-Gamble was elected as Second Vice Chair.
