Stanback stated, “Building on my years of service on boards providing meaningful support for the City and as a Trenton property owner, I am proud to support this administration’s efforts to revitalize the Capital City. I look forward to working with our intergovernmental, civic, and non-profit partners to bring higher levels of livability to our City through redevelopment, supportive programs, and investment.”

Semple is a graduate of The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. Previously, he served as the Assistant Public Works Director and the Interim General Superintendent of Trenton Water Works.

Semple stated, “I’ve been a civil servant with the city for more than 20 years, and I’m grateful to the Mayor for this opportunity to continue my service as Acting Director of Trenton Water Works, one of the oldest water utilities in the United States.”
