Union County, NJ—Tonight, Bob Hugin received the official endorsement from the Mercer County Republican Committee, the 16th county to support his candidacy for U.S. Senate. “Bob Hugin will be a Senator that New Jersey can be proud of because he will put the people of New Jersey first in Washington,” said Mercer County Republican Committee Chairwoman Lisa Richford. “Bob understands the issues that are important to New Jersey, he’s spent decades creating thousands of jobs in our state, and he will fight for us as our Senator.”

“I’m honored to receive the support of the Mercer County GOP, and I look forward to working together to elect great candidates who will go to bat for New Jersey,” said Bob Hugin. “New Jerseyans deserve representatives who will put them first and serve with honor and integrity, and that’s what I promise to do in Washington.”

Bob Hugin, a Marine Corps Veteran and business leader who has created thousands of New Jersey jobs, is seeking the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate to challenge incumbent Democrat Senator Bob Menendez.
