Minimum Wage Legislation Continues to Move Through Assembly
(TRENTON) – Criminalizing the failure to return a mistaken person-to-person payment as theft, ensuring residents with pre-existing conditions will not be excluded if any changes are made to the Affordable Healthcare Act and legislation aiming to expand and develop Wildwoods tourism opportunities at the top of agendas for Monday Assembly committees.
Analyzing the impact on air travel and discussing concerns raised by local craft breweries unable to obtain certain approvals as a result of the federal government shutdown, the Assembly Oversight, Reform and Federal Relations Committee will receive testimony from employees, stakeholders and agency representatives Monday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. in committee room 12.
