Where:  East Blackwell Street bridge, at the intersection of South Salem Street and East Blackwell Street, Dover, NJ. (Travel across the bridge will be restricted. Curbside parking may be found by approaching the intersection from the east. Set GPS between 262 and 265 East Blackwell Street, Dover, N.J.)

What:  The Morris County Board of County Commissioners, Dover Mayor Carolyn Blackman, state Sen. Anthony Bucco and other dignitaries will unveil a plaque dedicating the newly, rebuilt East Blackwell Street bridge to the late Georgia Congressman and civil rights icon, John Robert Lewis.

Who:  Morris County Commissioner Director Stephen Shaw, Commissioner Deputy Director Deborah Smith, Commissioner Tayfun Selen, Dover Mayor Carolyn Blackman, state Sen. Anthony Bucco, Denville Mayor Tom Andes, Director of the Morris County Department of Public Works Chris Vitz, Dover Administrator John Bennett and other officials.
