Mosleh Uddin Files Petitions To Run For Paterson Board Of Education

Bangladeshi-American Mosleh Uddin, 29, submitted 564 petitions on Friday to run for Paterson’s Board of Education.  He’s seeking an unexpired 1-year term. A life-long Paterson resident who attended the public schools and afterschool programs, such as Roots and Pep 21, he graduated from John F. Kennedy High School and received his undergraduate degree in criminology and criminal justice from William Paterson University.

“Education is very vital and our children need someone that’s heard loud and clear, and I will be that voice,” said Uddin.

He submitted the petitions on Friday after Jummah Prayer, accompanied by a large crowd of supporters.
