“New Jerseyans are getting slammed twice in the pocketbooks this holiday season: First with a massive tax giveaway to the wealthy and large corporations care of President Trump and the Washington GOP, and now with a last-minute change to the pension system that leaves taxpayers footing the bill.

“Governor Christie is playing politics with the pension fund by rushing this decision at the 11th hour. At a time when our taxpayers are already taking a hit, our focus should be on lessening the burden of property taxes, not increasing it.”
