Murphy Ends State of Emergency for South Jersey Due to Severe Winter Weather

TRENTON – Governor Phil Murphy today lifted the State of Emergency declared in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties through Executive Order No. 374 on Sunday, January 5, 2025 due to severe winter weather.

With the signing of Executive Order No. 376, the State of Emergency was terminated in those seven counties effective today at 12:00 p.m, Thursday, January 9, 2025.
