The next webinar, “Cutting Through the Red Tape,” is set for Friday, May 10 from 12 to1 p.m. and will provide an overview on navigating the final steps to receive your permit and begin operations of your business, including using Metrc, setting up tags, employee badging and more.
Cutting Through the Red Tape will be held via Zoom and led by two NJCTA leaders and industry experts:
• Sarah Trent, NJCTA Operations Support Committee Chair and CEO at Valley Wellness
• James Froelich, NJCTA Policy Committee Co-Chair and Chief of Staff at Breakwater Treatment and Wellness
The hour-long discussion will be moderated by Foley Hoag LLP cannabis law attorney and NJCTA General Counsel Michael McQueeny. To register for the free event, click here.
Created in response to the areas of need highlighted by the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (CRC), the educational series has previously covered topics such as navigating local approvals, recruiting, and retaining talent, and launching and running a dispensary.
