‘New Jersey Fair Play Act’ & Measures Banning Smoking in Airport Pickup Areas, Establishing Regional Health Hub Program on Thursday Assembly Panel Agendas

(TRENTON) – Increasing college affordability for New Jersey’s brightest, allowing college athletes to profit off their name and likeness, establishing regional health hubs throughout the state and legislation derived from the Bayonne Hospital closing are all up for a vote in Assembly Committees Thursday.

A bill establishing the ‘James Nicholas Rentas Law,’ revises ‘New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act’ to apply to passenger pickup areas at New Jersey airports will also be heard by an Assembly panel tomorrow.

All committees will be held in the Statehouse in Trenton starting at 10 a.m.
