New Jersey Outdoor Alliance Releases Legislative Endorsement Questionnaire

Trenton – Sportsmen coalition issues policy questionnaire for conservation endorsement

The New Jersey Outdoor Alliance on Thursday released a statement announcing the finalization of their legislative policy questionnaire for candidates vying for political office in New Jersey’s 2019 election.

“We want all candidates to have a fair shake at earning the endorsement of both New Jersey’s leading conservation and pro-sportsman advocacy organization and New Jersey’s 1.2 million sportsmen.” said NJOA spokesman Cody McLaughlin, “We welcome any campaigns which have not already received our policy questionnaire to reach out to us regardless of political stripes for consideration.”

Campaigns can reach out to the New Jersey Outdoor Alliance at info@njoutdooralliance.org. Among the topics considered are stances on hunting and fishing rights, sustainable forest management and preservation and access to open space, among others.

About the New Jersey Outdoor Alliance: New Jersey Outdoor Alliance’s mission is “preservation through conservation.” NJOA serves as a grassroots coalition of outdoorsmen and outdoorswomen dedicated to the conservation of natural resources and environmental stewardship that champions the intrinsic value of fishing, hunting and trapping, among opinion leaders, policy makers, and the public at-large.
