New Jersey Realtors Names 2024 Leadership Team

Atlantic City, N.J. (Dec. 6, 2023) — Yesterday, New Jersey Realtors, the statewide trade association serving more than 62,000 members, named Gloria Monks, of Hamilton, Mercer County, 2024 President during the Triple Play Realtor Convention & Trade Expo President’s Installation and Gala. New Jersey Realtors also installed the other members of its 2024 Leadership Team, including Kathy Morin as President-Elect; Susan LaRue as First Vice President; Jairo Rodriguez as Treasurer; and Nick Manis as Immediate Past President.

“For more than a century, New Jersey Realtors has been the voice for real estate in New Jersey, advocating for private property rights and assisting Realtors in achieving success in their businesses. I am so humbled to be President of such an incredible organization,” said 2024 New Jersey Realtors President Gloria Monks. “We may face outward challenges like low inventory and higher interest rates in the next year, but together as an association, there is nothing we cannot overcome.”

A resident of Mercer County, Gloria is a Broker Associate with Compass in Princeton, and holds a broker’s license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association—Real Estate Section, Asian Real Estate Association of America, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, served as a Nominating Committee Member for Bright MLS, and was Membership Director for Women’s Council of Realtors Mercer County Chapter.

She is a Director for the National Association of Realtors and former committee and workgroup member of NAR, and was an Inaugural Mentor for the NAR Spire Program. She is also a Realtors Political Action Committee Golden “R” President’s Circle Member.

On the state level, Gloria serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. She has served as Triple Play Convention Committee Chair, Risk Management Committee Vice-Chair, the Legal Affairs Division Officer, Professional Standards and Risk Management Committees. Gloria also served as an Issues Mobilization Fund Trustee and RPAC of New Jersey Trustee.

Locally, Gloria is a CORE Association of Realtors Past President, Mercer County Association of Realtors Past President, Board of Directors Member, and has served and chaired numerous committees at the local level since 2008. In 2020, Gloria was named Realtor of the Year for New Jersey Realtors and CORE Association of Realtors.
