New Jersey Realtors Names 2025 Leadership Team

Trenton, N.J. (Dec. 16, 2024) — Kathy Morin, of East Brunswick, was named the 2025 New Jersey Realtors® President last week during the Triple Play Realtor Convention & Trade Expo President’s Installation and Gala. New Jersey Realtors, the largest trade association in the state, also installed Gloria Siciliano as President-Elect; Judy Moriarty as First Vice President; Jairo Rodriguez as Treasurer; and Gloria Monks as Immediate Past President.

New Jersey Realtors is the state trade association representing almost 60,000 Realtor members. The association serves as the voice for real estate in New Jersey and, along with being a leading advocate for private property rights and homeownership, provides essential services and programs to its members and consumers alike.

Morin is the team leader and broker associate at RE/MAX ONE, Team RoKa, Cranbury. Licensed for more than 30 years, she holds a broker-salesperson’s license and is also a licensed instructor.

“I am deeply honored to serve as president this year,” said Morin. “I know this role, which represents almost 60,000 professionals across the state, comes with immense responsibility and I’m ready to put in the work it will take to keep us moving forward. We will continue to raise the profile of Realtors across the state, embrace opportunities as they come to us, and above all else, help our clients achieve the American Dream of homeownership.

She has an extensive background in leadership roles, having served as a National Association of Realtors® Committee Member for Professional Development, Association Executive Committee Volunteer Leadership Advisory Board, Commitment to Excellence, and Communications. Morin is also a Realtors® Political Action Committee Golden “R” Hall of Fame and President’s Circle Member.

On the state level, she serves as a member of New Jersey Realtors Board of Directors and has held various positions including Treasurer in 2020 and 2021, First Vice President in 2023, and President-Elect in 2024. Morin has also served as a Division Officer for Professional Development and Industry Advocacy, as well as on several committees, and is an RPAC Trustee and Housing Opportunity Foundation Trustee. She received the New Jersey Realtors® Realtor® of the Year Award in 2017.

Morin has been actively involved with the Metro Centre Association of Realtors® (now Mid Jersey Association of Realtors®), where she served as a board member and chaired many committees. She was named Realtor® of the Year by the Metro Centre Association of Realtors in 2017.

A member of the Women Council of Realtors, she served as the first Regional Vice President from New Jersey for Region 6, State President, Governor, and Local Chapter President. She is also affiliated with AREAA Central Jersey and NAHREP Somerset.

Morin holds multiple designations including ABR, SRES, PMN, CRS, SRS, and certifications such as AHWD, PSA, SFR, and RSPS.
